BIOGRAPHY / OVERVIEW
Something happened at work that doesn't feel right? You need someone who's been there.
I spent 40 years punching a clock before practicing law full-time. Twenty-some jobs—flipped burgers, installed carpet, sold cars, worked as a nurse for a decade, wrote software. I know what it's like to need a job more than the job needs you.
In 2016, an employer didn't pay me. I'd had my law license since 2004 but hadn't used it much. I went after them, got every dollar they owed—and then some. Now I represent California employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage theft cases. Individual cases and class actions. Never employers.
